Straight from the Isle of Capri!
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese sliced 1/4" thick
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
- 1/3 cup fresh basil
- 1 - 2 Tbsp Tastealotta Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Tastealotta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Place sliced tomatoes and sliced mozzarella on a plate, alternating items.
Thinly slice the fresh basil and sprinkle over the tomatoes and cheese.
Drizzle the Tastealotta EVOO over everything.
Drizzle the Tastealotta Balsamic Vinegar over everything.
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, to taste.
