- 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp . Tastealotta Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 Tsp . kosher salt
- 1/2 Tsp . freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp . Tastealotta Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar
Place avocados and lime juice in a medium bowl and lightly mash with fork.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 3 hours.
