Have this smoothie for breakfast or a snack. This is a basic recipe, so be creative!
- 1 pieces small banana broken into small
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 4 - 5 strawberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp . Tastealotta Blood Orange Olive Oil
- Dash of cinnamon optional
Put all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
Optional healthy add-ins include ground flax seeds, protein powder or nuts.
