Our fused, early harvest, Tunisian green lemon (Green Limonato) was made by crushing very green olives with your green Eureka Lemons in November! The result is an incredible complex, pungent fusion. By picking certain Eureka lemons at the precise moment for maximum lemon aroma and flavor, we were able to achieve this powerfully fragrant oil. Super concentrated, it is the only example of its kind in the world. A little bit goes a long way! we are extremely proud as we've never created an Agrumato Citrus Oil like this. Pairs amazing with the peach white balsamic! No artificial flavors or additional ingredients.
